Spinach Egg Squares for Dogs

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup cottage cheese (low sodium)
  • ¼ cup carrots, finely grated
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish with coconut oil
  3. Whisk eggs in a large bowl until well combined
  4. Add cottage cheese and whisk until smooth
  5. Fold in spinach, carrots, and turmeric
  6. Pour mixture into prepared dish
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set
  8. Cool completely before cutting into squares
